Astrology consultations and reports are personalized services created specifically for each individual. Therefore, once a consultation is provided or a report is delivered, no refunds will be granted. However, under special circumstances, we may consider a partial refund if:

- The service was not delivered as per the description or agreed-upon timeline.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the service.
2. Cancellation Policy

- For Live Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Late Cancellations or No Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
3. Digital Products (Reports, Kundali, etc.)

- Non-Refundable: All digital products like personalized astrology reports, kundali charts, and horoscope readings are non-refundable once delivered to the client, as they are tailored to the individual’s details (e.g., birth date, time, place).
- Corrections: If there are any errors in the information provided (due to data input errors), we will make necessary corrections free of charge. You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking or purchase.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted under exceptional cases such as:
